1. Agreement
By completing a booking through Safari Sri Lanka, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all tours, services, and bookings made through our website or directly with A Visitor Safari & Tours.
2. Bookings & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment (advance or full) and issuance of a booking reference number. We will send a confirmation email with your digital ticket within 12 hours of payment.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are displayed in USD and charged in LKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of booking. Prices are inclusive of the safari jeep, driver, and any add-ons selected during booking. Entry ticket prices are based on nationality and are subject to change by the national park authorities.
4. Advance Payments
If you opt to pay a 10% advance deposit, the remaining balance is due in cash (LKR) to your driver on the day of the safari. Failure to pay the balance on arrival may result in the tour being cancelled without refund of the deposit.
5. Behaviour & Liability
Guests must follow national park regulations and the instructions of their guide at all times. A Visitor Safari & Tours is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from wildlife encounters, weather conditions, or guest negligence. All tours take place in protected natural areas with inherent risks.
6. Wildlife & Park Entry
Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed. National park entry fees are determined by the Department of Wildlife Conservation and may change without notice. In the event of park closure, we will offer a reschedule or full refund.
7. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. The version published on our website at the time of booking will apply.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
